William Thomas Haynes, III

William Thomas Haynes III (Bill) passed on August 17, 2021. He was born in Brockport, NY, on July 17, 1959. Bill served in the US Marine Corps with honor. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

He is survived by his wife, Marie Haynes, daughters, Jennifer (Jason) Cobin of New York, Kaylee Elliott of Winter Haven, his mother, Carolyn Ophardt of New York, brother, Tim Haynes of New York, four grandchildren, William Elliott, Lexie Cobin, Anson Elliott, LJ Cobin, and nephew, Austin Haynes of New York.
