Richard Keith Van Billiard
November 28, 1971-April 14, 2023

Richard Keith Van Billiard “Rick” of Lakeland, Florida, the son of Richard Van Billiard Jr and Donna Van Billiard, was born in Miami, Florida.  He grew up in Davie, Florida.  He has been a resident of Polk County Florida for the majority of his life.
Rick had many talents and was always happiest outdoors.  He was an avid fisherman, loved bow hunting and living off the land.
He was employed as a builder and traveled the United States,  building houses, roofing or fabricating roller coasters. 
He played music, sang in a band, was quite the artist, made jewelry and loved riding his Harley.
He is survived by two sons, Richard Curtis of California, Jesse James of Lakeland, 2 daughters, Abby (Lennon) Haney and Katie Marie Van Billiard.  And three Granddaughters, Roxanne, Valerie and Rosalina.  His parents and a bother, Charles.
Rick was a Free Spirit and loved by all who knew him.  He will be deeply missed.
