Norman Velez Galan was born November 17, 1941 in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. He passed away on March 11, 2018. Norman moved to Plant City, Florida six months ago with his wife of five years, Isabel Santos-Nieves.

Preceded in his death are his parents and eleven siblings. Succeeded in his death are four sisters and 1 brother.

Norman was employed as a bus driver for the Puerto Rico School System.

He will be missed by all who knew him.
