Jo T Long

Jo T. Long , was born December 27,1965 and entered into rest  April, 16,2023. Jo was born in Beaufort, South Carolina, moved back to Lakeland, Florida, moved to Falls VA, then Stuttgart Germany (5 years), back to VA, then OH,PA,TN,OK and final Forth Worth Texas, before returning to her family in Florida. 

Jo is preceded in death by her grandparents, her father, Jerry Ellis, her son, Jeremiah, and niece Maggie Haessly. 

She is survived by her mother, Suzanne Ellis of Alabama, her siblings Todd Ellis (Loralei) of Florida, Tanya Haessly (Steve) of Alabama, Tracey J. Ellis Esteve (Brian) of Colorado, her three children Jade, Aster, and Jenna, her best friends Susan Frazier, Jennifer Henson and Romeo of Fort Worth Texas, her two ex husbands Ken Long and Marc Weintraub, and many cousins and relatives of Florida 

Jo most recently attended Central Bible Church in Fort Worth, Texas and committed a lot of her time with Celebrate Recovery and Broken Chains to help others heal. She was a small business owner and held a career as a graphics artist designer. 

The family will be having a viewing and service for Jo, at David Russell Funeral Home April 21,2023. Viewing will start at 3:00 PM with a service to follow starting at 5:00 PM.
