Debra (Debbie) Harper of Lakeland, Florida, formerly of Chico, California.
Debra went home to be with the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ May 29th, 2024. She was surrounded by family and friends by her side after a Battle with cancer, at the age of 68.
Debra was born in Berkley, California on Feb 9,1956. She was the daughter of Donald H. Lambrix Sr & Lorita (Samelson) Lambrix.
Debra attended Drake High School in California, and attended Butte College in Fl. for social work. Debra worked many jobs throughout her life from nursing to property management, though her passion was her family, community, and charity organizations. She was a founder of Caring Hearts in Polk County Florida, which is a group that helps the homeless and those less fortunate in Polk County.
Debra was a member of Moose in Ocala Springs, Fl and Lakeland, Fl.
She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.
She leaves behind a son, George Battensby (GA), daughter, Ella Battensby (FL), parents, John & Lorita Yeafoli, brothers, John Yeafoli Jr., Donald Lambrix Jr., and Richard Lambrix; sisters Christina Lambrix, Elena Lambrix, Janet Wheeler, Mary Crosby, many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, and friends.
Debra was preceded in death by her loving husband, William (Billy) Harper, sister, Cindy Yeafoli, CA., daughter, Angela M. Johnston, father Donald Lambrix Sr., and three brothers Jeff Lambrix, Cary Lambrix, and Charles Lambrix.
Debbie was a generous person who loved the Lord and her family deeply. She was loved by all of us and will be missed by all who knew her.
