Stephen Haley was born November 27, 1955 to Comer and Martha Haley in Erie, Pennsylvania.

He entered into his final rest on October 22, 2018 in Lakeland, Florida.

Mr. Haley is succeeded in his home going by his two daughters and his son (Florida). In addition, he is succeeded by his brother (Pennsylvania).

Mr. Haley, prior to his illness was an educator which is where his legacy lies, within the minds of his former students.
