Charles McGowan was born in Cranston, Rhode Island on August 19, 1972 and passed away on January 10, 2018. Charles moved to Plant City, Florida 8 years ago with his wife of 21 years, Dawn Descoteaux. Charles is the father of Justin McGowan, Chrystal McGowan, and step-son Dennis Christie. Charles is the brother to Wendy (McGowan) O'Donnell. Charles is the son of Charles McGowan, Sr. and Ms. Luetta Peck-McGowan. Charles has 1 granddaughter and 3 grandsons, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Charles was outgoing and friendly. He was very active and lived life to the fullest he could.
