We, at David Russell Funeral Home, reject the notion that funeral services can be "packaged" into a handful of options to meet everyone's need. Therefore, we create tailored services based upon the desires of each family individually. Our flexibility to work with families in this way puts many options back in reach for folks with limited budgets. A sudden or accidental death...or the death of a younger person...or death after extensive medical expense should not be the cause to prevent celebrations of Faith or maintaining spiritual rites. 

My name is Scott Norris, licensed as a funeral director/Mortician for the past 28 years... I became the Owner of David Russell funeral home in 2015. This was after tbe sudden death of the founder and former Owner, Russell Moline. However, many families are familiar with me as managing and operating other funeral providers in the local area. Regardless, I continue to maintain a simple ideal of how a funeral home should be operated

The Funeral home has a role in our community. It is not just another business to serve the purposes of only financial or economic means. David Russell funeral home is here to serve a bigger purpose. We are driven to be the alternative to the funeral homes that are owned by non-local mega-corporations...the alternative to the one-stop shopping combos ...funeral home/Cemeteries that are designed to capture the maximum dollar totals from families suffering a loss.
