Wilfredo Ramos Sr.,

71, passed away peacefully on October 11, 2017 at home surrounded by his loving family. The son of late Joaquin Batista-Ramos and Lydia Villanueva. He was the husband of Tilza (Cuca) Ramos.
Mr. Ramos was born on May 29, 1946 in Utuado, Puerto Rico. He was a long time resident of Waterbury, CT for 38 years where he was a machine operator for Mattatuck Mfg. Company and retired in 1996. Mr. Ramos moved to Lakeland, FL in 2001. He was loved by many family and friends. He was a member of Knight of Columbus and attended at Resurrection Church.
Besides his wife of 48 years, he is survived by his daughter Zulma Sachez, husband Eladio Sanchez Jr. of Lakeland, FL. Two sons Wilfredo (Tito) Ramos Jr., wife Jeanette Ramos of Seminole, FL and Armando (Trivi) Ramos, wife Sandra Ramos of Wolcott, CT, his nine Grandchildren Alyssa Pelkey, Kimberly Pena, Jacquline Ramos, Karina Rivera, Mirella Rivera,Gabriella Rivera, Armando Ramos Jr., Jacob Ramos and Isaiah Ramos, six Great Grandchildren; Sophia Rivera, Ivan Roman, Dylan Pelkey, Malani Roberts, Mya Pena and Cecilia Ramos, Step-Mother, Hilda Batista, four Brothers, Domingo Martinez, William Ramos, Frankie Batista, and Raymond Batista, seven Sisters, Ramonita Martinez, Iluminada Correa, Luz Rodriguez, Miriam Echevarria, Iris Guadalupe, Anna Batista, and Elizabeth Batista.
