Ines Argentina Velez de Franco passed away Thursday, November 24, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. in Lakeland, Florida. Ines was born on May 29, 1929 in Milagro, Ecuador. Daughter of Mauro Velez and Aurora Sanchez. Married her late husband Manuel Olmedo Franco Ruiz on January 7, 1950. Ines enjoyed a very happy marriage of 52 years, filled with pure joy and happiness. Her memory will be carried on by her children and their spouses: Olga Franco, Ines and Pedro Gonzalez, Zulema and Antonio Pincay, Lina and Dwayne King, Olmedo and Elizabeth Franco, her 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Ines' love and life lessons will live on not only through her children, but through all of her family.

Inés Argentina Vélez viuda de Franco falleció Jueves 24 de Noviembre del 2016 a las 11:30 a.m. en Lakeland, Florida. Inés nació 29 de Mayo de 1929 en Milagro, Ecuador.  Hija de Mauro Velez y Aurora Sanchez. El 7 de Enero de 1950, ella fue unida en matrimonio con su ya fallecido esposo, Manuel Franco Ruiz. Ellos tuvieron un matrimonio de 52 años lleno de pura alegría y felicidad. Le sobreviven sus hijos e hijos políticos: Olga Franco, Inés y Pedro González, Zulema y Antonio Pincay, Lina y Dwayne King, Olmedo y Elizabeth Franco, sus 12 nietos y sus 15 bisnietos. Su amor y sus enseñanzas vivirán en los recuerdos no solo sus hijos, pero de toda su familia.
