Anthony " Tee" Jered Toppi was born December 15, 1990 to Deborah Phillips and Anthony Toppi in Silver Spring, Maryland. He grew up in Charles County, Maryland. Tee graduated from Lackey High School in 2008.

Tee was an accomplished motocross racer in his youth. He participated in competitions along the east coast and demonstrated a passion and control beyond  his years. Tee was also a talented skateboarder and could often be seen in his neighborhood, being pulled on his skateboard by his beloved dog, Mookie. He also played youth football for the Western Charles Skyhawks in the SMYO division.

Tee will best be remembered for his crafty sense of humor and quick wit. He was always the practical joker as a child, much to the chagrin of his mother and amusement of his sister. Tee carried his clever wit and animated personality with him into his adulthood where her could wrap the room around his finger with the characters and voices he would create.

He recently relocated to Lakeland, FL to be closer to his mother, sister, and grandparents. He was enrolled in an apprenticeship program at the time of his passing and was hopeful to pursue a career in mechanical engineering.

Tee passed on August 19, 2017. He is survived by his mother, Deborah Phillips, and sister, Lindsay Phillips, both of Lakeland, Fl. Additionally, he is survived by his grandparents, Ralph and Lynn Phillips of Lakeland, FL, aunt and uncle Sharon and Tom Berg of Bowie, MD, cousins Zachary and Stephanie Berg, both originally of Bowie, MD, and great aunt Lois Williams, of Bowie, MD and Cieanna Shreve of Maryland.
